Vickie Lynn (Bomsta) Morrish

Vickie Lynn Morrish, 71,formerly of Flint, Michigan went home to be with Jesus Thursday, December 16, 2021.
Vickie was born June 14, 1950, to Patricia (Bouns) and Dennis Bomsta. On September 2, 1967, she married the love of her life, Thomas Odell Morrish. They lived together in Grand Blanc, Michigan where they raised their six children: Robin Morrish, Tracey Rose (Mark), Thomas Morrish (John), Todd Morrish, Patrick Morrish (Amy), and Matthew Morrish (Shannon). Vickie loved spending time playing games and visiting with her family. She always had time to listen and give sage advice over coffee. She would often remind us, “Only time will tell” and we would know we would go through it together. She also enjoyed making baby blankets (she was talented at crochet and embroidery) and meeting friends at bingo. Vickie is survived by her children, her siblings: Sandra Bomsta and Rodney Bomsta, fourteen of her grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister Patricia Johanna Bess, her brother Dennis Charles Bomsta, and her granddaughter Caitlyn Morrish. Celebration of life details will be upcoming.
