Susan Kay (Cox) Reinhardt

Susan Kay Reinhardt (Cox) January 6, 1952 - April 28, 2021

On April 28th, 2021 Susan Reinhardt of Burton, Michigan passed away at 69 years at Maplewoods Manor. She will be dearly remembered by her loving husband of 29 years Tim Reinhardt, her children Matthew Ashlock, Sara (Rick) Standen, Ben (Rachel) Reinhardt, Amanda Reinhardt, and Melanie (Tim) Bednarski, her grandchildren Zachary (Frankie) Frapier, Calvin Adams, Guinness Dunckel and Jake, Josh, John, and Jason Bednarski, brother William (Molly) Cox, as well as her bestie Lori Hessler and many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Lavern Cox and sister Karen Sue Cox. 

Susan was born in Detroit, Michigan. Her life long commitment to education included Ferris State University for Cosmetology and University of Michigan-Flint where she earned her degree in Education. She enjoyed her teaching career which allowed her to touch many different lives. She expressed her love of music as a long time member of Sweet Adeline's Chorus. She was a member of Valley Church of Christ. 

At Susan's request cremation will take place and no services will be held. Memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association. Tim wishes to send special thank yous to the staff at The Medical Team and Maplewoods Manor for their care and compassion.
