Steven P. Brody, age 62, passed away suddenly on May 15th, 2021. Loving husband to Vicky Brody and the late Cheryl Yancho Brody. The perfect father to Patricia Yancho, and bonus dad to Stephanie (Cody) Koch and Katelyn Beauregard. Big grandpa to Cheryllynn. Dearest brother to Rip (Susie) Brody, Bill (Kathy) Brody, Al (Shelley) Brody, Debbie (the late Joe) Armstead, Renee` (Terry) Keener, Suzi (Shawn) Alejandro and Sheri (Louis) Ball. Brother in law to Catherine (Kyle) Radka, Susan (Matthew) Wendling, James (Kristina) Yancho, Carol Yancho, John (Jacqui) Blasco and Andrew (Margret) Blasco. Beloved Godfather of Taylor Wendling and Jamie Adler. He was predeceased by his son Patrick Brody; parents Roy & Anna Brody; and sister Denise Davis. Steve leaves behind many many nieces, nephews, their children, dear friends, and his more than loved dog TJ.
Steve enjoyed spending time with his family, building projects for around the house all while making everyone in the room laugh. Steve loved golfing with his 30-year golf partner and best friend Joe Pender. Steve was the man everyone wanted to be friends with, but they just didn’t know it yet. He went through life without making a single enemy and always living up to his 5th grade teacher’s comment of “almost being class clown.” He will be remembered by many former work associates who saw him as a friend and mentor. Steve was a one of a kind man who will be missed immensely.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1pm until 7pm at the funeral home.
