Stephen D. Moyer

Mr. Stephen Darl Moyer, age 71, died February 6, 2019 at his home in Flint.  Stephen was born in Brown City Michigan to Agnes (Chappel) and Leander Moyer on June 18, 1947.  He graduated from Kingston High School in 1965 and enlisted in the US Navy and attained the rank of STG3.  He served aboard the USS Massey.  He was honorably discharged in 1969.  He was extraordinarily patriotic, he loved his flag, country, and what they stood for.  He loved hunting, fishing, was a motorcyclist enthusiast, loved playing billiards, and above all else spending time with his family.  He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed spending time with animals over most people.  He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister.   He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Shela;   children, Trever (Dawn) Moyer and Alesha (Bill) Kuehl; grandchildren, Haven, Jagger and Elizabeth.  A Memorial Service will be Sunday Feb 10, at the Clio Eagles Club 13267 N. Saginaw, Clio MI.  Visitation from 1pm until Service at 2pm.  Interment will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date.
