Sean A. Lethbridge, age 40 of Fenton, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022. Accordance to his wishes cremation has taken place. Close friends and family will be holding a celebration of life memorial service on Sunday August 21 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm at the Fenton Community Center.
Sean was born at St. Joseph hospital, now the present Genesys hospital of Grand Blanc. He graduated from Swartz Creek High School.
Sean was a big kid at heart, he loved spending time with Rozlynn and the rest of the kids in the neighborhood. Sean’s house was the neighborhood clubhouse for all the kids. Every parent from one end of the street to the other always knew that if their kids were not at home, they were spending time at Sean’s. He was always up for shenanigans with Rozlynn and the rest of the kids, from block parties, to throwing water balloons over the fence. Sean’s friends and neighbors were his family. They spent every holiday, birthday, and celebration together.
Sean watched sports regularly. If you liked any other team than the University of Michigan, you always had to be prepared for Sean’s quick-witted jabs and banter. Sean was always a handy guy around the neighborhood, always “johnny on the spot”, and a simple phone call away to help anyone that needed it. Even in death he continued to help others by being a gift of life organ donor.
Outside of his home life, Sean worked for Overhead Door out of East Lansing for over ten years where each day he continued to make friends and confidents.
Sean is survived by his daughter Rozlynn, former wife Melanie, his brother and best friend Chad Reeves, sister Natalie Fournier, and sister Connie (Dave) Collins, Mother Dawnn (Tim) Messler, and his many cousins, and friends.
Sean is preceded in death by his father Hugh Lethbridge.
