Robin was born and raised in Fenton, Michigan. She attended college at Central Michigan University where she earned a theatre and teaching degree. After teaching in Grand Blanc, she attended Boston University Law School and earned her Juris Doctorate. Robin was an avid lover of musical theatre, politics, sailing, antiquing and most of all committed to her family. Robin was notorious for her intellectual wit. She was funny and authored many memorable and enduring quips but also was a formidable intellect in longer discussions of politics and current events.
Her greatest joys came from watching her children and grandchildren grow and traveling with her husband. Her dedication to her family was evident through her daily encouragement and support, planning and decorating theme parties, vacations, surprises, and excursions. She loved Christmas, sending care packages, entertaining, baking cookies and giving too many thoughtful gifts. She was detail oriented so no one else ever had to worry about anything but having fun.
Robin will be loved and remembered as the rock of her immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charitable cause that helps you remember Robin. Some ideas could be the Michigan Interscholastic Forensic Association , whihttp://www.themifa.org/support.htmlch where Robin volunteered countless hours for, or St. Jude's Research Hospital.
