Phil passed away on March 17, 2020 in Ann Arbor, MI at the age of 68. Phil leaves behind his beloved wife of 17 years, Debbie (his “girliefriend” as he called her); Stepchildren, Jeffery (Shannon) Collins and Paul (Cherish) Collins; daughter, Lonna (Shawn) Brockway; son, Ryan Waldron; Grandchildren Makayla, Sophie, Samantha, Seamus, and Grace.
