Mary Jo (Nelson) Gondick

Mary Jo Gondick, age 87, passed away surrounded by her family on November 1, 2022. Beloved wife of Harry. Dear mother of Chuck (Neta) Theis, Joseph (Deborah) Theis, Tom (Kelli) Gondick, Michael Gondick, Korey Gondick , David Gondick, Liz (Greg) Butzke and Jennifer Gondick. Loving grandmother of Dustin Theis, Amy Carpenter, Joseph Theis , Mathew Theis, Joshua Theis , Joshua Fritze, Jesse Fritze, Sam Gondick, Jack Gondick, Michael Butzke and Gabe Butzke. Sister of David (Judy) Nelson, Tom (Diane) Nelson. Sister in law of Richard Nelson. Mary also leaves many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mary & Harry adopted other family members that were loved very much.

Mary was an avid cook. She loved cooking for her family, and every year would spend time canning. She enjoyed her dogs and farm animals and relaxed by working on puzzles, making jewelry, sewing and doing ceramics.

A memorial gathering and luncheon will be held on December 3, 2022, from 12-3pm at the Eagles Club of Howell, 141 Schroeder Park Drive. Howell, MI 48843.
