Mary Jane Clark (Miller), of Davison, Michigan, passed away peacefully in her sleep, on October 18, 2021, only 18 days after the devastating loss of her only son, LeRoy.
Born Mary Jane Miller, on May 9, 1937, in Flint, Michigan, to Edward Miller and Sarah (Hamilton), she was one of three children, the sister of Edward and James.
After graduating Mt. Morris High School in 1955, she met LeRoy Maxwell Clark and they wed on December 9th 1960. They went on to have two children, Laura (Johnson) and LeRoy. After retiring from General Motors, she and LeRoy loved to travel and spent winters in Arizona or Florida. She also loved crafting and could often be found working on gifts for family and friends. In the past, Mary Jane was an active member of the Red Hat Society and enjoyed time with her friends.
Mary Jane was a force of nature and fiercely independent. Her strength and tenacity will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by both parents and brothers, husband and son. She leaves behind daughter, Laura; daughter in law, Chrystal; three granddaughters Kelsay, Karly (Jonathan) and Sarah; two great-grandsons, Maxwell and Lukas; niece, Kim; nephew, Eddie and sister in law, Judy.
Pursuant to her wishes, cremation has taken place. A joint memorial for Mary Jane and her son, LeRoy, will be held on November 6th at 2:00 at the Forest Township Hall, 130 E. Main Street, Otisville, Michigan.
