Mark C. Sidebottom

Husband, Father, “Pops,” Brother and Son. Mark Christopher Sidebottom, age 70, preceded in death by his parents, his brother Gerard, and his daughter Julia. He lived a simple life always working hard to provide for his family. He lived as a strong man of faith and raised his family the same way. Mark grew up in the suburbs of Detroit with his parents and 7 siblings. He married Dawn Marie MacDonald after high-school, and together they had 8 children. Mark was dedicated to his family and retired from St. Joe's of Pontiac where he worked as a custodian until he retired at age 62. He then went on to enjoy his free time surrounded by his 7 children and 9 grandchildren. He loved to create and invent things. His ideas were endless. He was a seasoned potter and could fix anything. He is now in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father for eternity. We will always remember his legacy and miss him greatly.  Visitation will be Monday, June 8th, from 1:30pm until 3:00pm at the Temrowski Family Funeral Home, 500 Main Street in Fenton.
