John King Obituary

Mr. John (Jerry) King, 93, of Fenton, MI, died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on March 12, 2020. Born Feb. 22, 1927 in Bay City, MI. He served in WWII with the Army Air Corps. He married the love of his life, Sally (Brissette) King in 1957. He retired from Chevrolet, Flint in 1985. His favorite thing was spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Jerry is survived by his wife, Sally; children, Janet (Bill) Nagy, Pete King, Rob King, Nancy (Jeff) Galea, his beloved grandchildren; Brad and Kristen Nagy; Emily, David, and Jeremy Galea; Elizabeth, Joely, and Katie King. Also his siblings, Susan (Verl) Newman and Don (Jean) King. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, John C. and Alma Thomson King, his brother, Hal (Roslayn) King. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to: The Food Bank of Eastern Michigan and St. John’s Outreach.
