Jacqueline Irene (Jelsch) Zaiser

Jacqueline I. Zaiser, aka “Jackie” and “Wild”, age 61, passed away on May 7, 2023. Beloved mother of Derek Moore. Loving grandma of Isaiah, Cameron and Gabriel. Dear sister of Mary McCollom and Christina (Christopher) Neuville. Special aunt of Heather, Grace, David, Jamie, Brent, Timothy, Audrey, Madelyn and Caleb. Jackie also leaves  aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents John & Maria Jelsch and sister JoAnne Lamb.

Friends may visit Monday, May 15 at Temrowski Family Funeral Home, 500 Main St, Fenton, 4-8pm with a Rosary at 7pm and Tuesday, May 16, 10am until 11am when the procession leaves to the church for the Funeral Mass. Mass will take place Tuesday, May 16, at 12noon at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6481 Faussett Road, Howell, MI 48855. Fr, Gregg Pleiness officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery.

Jackie was a 1979 graduate of Fenton High School and earned the notorious nickname of “Wild”. She was a well liked social butterfly, as well as; a passionate sports enthusiast who played 3 sports and went on to play recreational softball for years. Wild, loved to play cards and was excellent at euchre, often playing at many of the family parties, reunions or get togethers. She was an avid artist and enjoyed doing various crafts and painting. Photography was another hobby for Jackie, she was always taking pictures of her adventures and especially of her grandchildren, whom were the apple of her eye. Jackie’s zest for life, her love of others and her sparkling personality will be greatly missed.
