Jacob Addison Hutton Jr.

Jacob Addison Hutton Jr., age 82 of Fenton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 30, 2022. Beloved husband of Karen. Dear father of Mike Hutton, Michele (Mike) Ostrowski and Melissa (Steve) Lambrecht. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Alyssa, Matt, Katelyn, Nate and Kathryn. Great grandfather of Stryker, Nixon, Peyton and Eli.

Jacob was born August 4, 1939 in Flint, Michigan to Jacob Sr. and Maxine Hutton. He married Karen Slodowski on October 29, 1960. They had 61 memorable years.  Jacob worked for General Motors and owned his own Home Improvement company. He was a devoted Catholic and a member of the Knights of Colombus. Throughout the years some of his greatest enjoyments were; polka music, spending time wintering in Texas, taking care of his yard and being with his family. Jacob was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was very proud of his children.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 4, 11am at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6841 Faussett Road, Fenton.  Friends may visit beginning at 10am. A luncheon honoring Jacob will be held in the basement of the church immediately following Mass. Interment will take place privately at Crestwood Cemetery, Grand Blanc. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Augustine Catholic Church.
