Harland Pratt

Harland Pratt, age 98, died on December 31, 2021. He was born in Swartz Creek MI on January 20, 1923 to Cleon and Louise Pratt. He retired from Associated Truck Lines and was a member of Teamsters local 332. He liked to travel. He is survived by his son David and wife Joan Pratt and daughter Susan Meier; 4 grandchildren, Nicholas Meier, Michelle (Steve) Norris, Gary (Dawn) Headrick and Andrea (Matt) Shaw; 6 great grandchildren; his brother Ira Pratt; special friend Carol Merkle and her children, Laura, Jerry and Cathy. Harland also leaves many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sharon Headrick; his son Dwight Pratt and two brothers, Herbert Pratt and Delbert Pratt; sisters-in-law, Helen and Margaret Pratt as well as his former wife and loyal companion Virginia Pratt. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
