Gilbert Morales Carrizales

Gilbert Morales Carrizales, age 92, passed away surrounded by his family on January 18, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Louisa. Dear father of Gilbert Jr. (Polly), the late John (Jean), Robert (Cheryl), Richard (Terri), the late Veronica Aydelotte, Jo Carrizales, Barbara (Tony) Severn and Penny Marie Kohn.  Special grandpa of Rita and several  grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Gilbert was a jokester and was always up for a good laugh.  He was an avid wrestling fan and enjoyed many Friday nights watching a match with a cold beer.  He loved to play poker, golf, fish and enjoy the outdoors. Gilbert was a great man and will be missed immensely.

Cremation has taken place. Interment and Veteran honors will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly on Friday, February 4, 2022, 1pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his primary caregiver, his daughter Penny.
