It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of David P. Tanciar, 68, who departed this world to join his beloved wife, Judy, on October 3, 2024. David was a hardworking and dedicated man, retiring from General Motors in 2006 after 30 years of service.
Born to Julia and Robert Tanciar, David was raised with a strong work ethic and a passion for life that he carried throughout his years. He was preceded in death by his dear wife Judy, his father Robert, his brother Bobby, and his son Jake Wing.
David lived his life to the fullest, embracing every opportunity to pursue his passions. He found freedom and peace riding his motorcycle and expressed his soul through music, particularly his love for playing the guitar, which was a lifelong pursuit.
He is survived by his loving mother Julia, his brother Tom, and sister Debbie (Bill), as well as his children Daniel (Ben), David, and Kelsey Foley. David also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Emma and Ava.
In accordance with David’s wishes, there will be no formal services. His family invites those who knew him to honor his memory by celebrating life, music, and the spirit of adventure he so dearly loved.
