Clyde William Streetman was 66 when he gained his wings into Heaven. Clyde was born July 20,1954 and left us on December 9, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. He was a loving and devoted husband to Doreen and they were married for 35 years wonderful years. They shared so many amazing times together. He was a beloved and caring father to Katie LaFever (Bobby) and Holli Liden ( D.j.). His daughters were his joy and he was so very proud of them and the lovely women they grew up to be. He was a proud and loving grandfather to his three grandchildren, Benjamin, Penny and Milo. They meant the world to him. He was a beloved brother to his sisters Sally Streetman and Shari Streetman, and his brothers, Jeff Streetman and Rex Streetman. I know they have many happy memories of growing up with Clyde. Clyde is survived by many Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews and the many friends he acquired throughout his life. He built great friendships with his CB friends who I know will remember him forever. He was a wonderful man, always cheerful and friendly and would do anything to go out of his way to help anyone in need. His kindness, laughter and smiles were contagious and I hope he is remembered for those things about him. To Me....he was the love of my life. My protector, my best friend and my soul mate forever. We shared so many wonderful times together doing things we loved to do. I will love Clyde forever and I let him know every day...
Clyde was born and raised in Pontiac MI. He graduated from Pontiac Northern High School where he played football and ran track and loved sports. He worked for Seamans Glass Co.
Clyde loved the outdoors and we camped almost every year. He loved camping, hiking with his buddies, going on walks, bicycling which were all day events with picnics. He loved the beach and watching his grandchildren play in the water and we would spend the whole day there and we would watch the sun set on the water. He loved Music and he loved to play his guitar...
I could listen to him play all day. I know his guitar gave him lots of joy. So many memories...I can't even name them all. But he was special to all of us in our own way, thank you Clyde for giving us you. We will hold him in our hearts and memories forever...
