Charles "Ed" Martinus

Charles Edwin Martinus, “Ed”, age 72 of Bancroft, passed away on September 20, 2023. Beloved husband of Linda for 53 years. Loving father of Stephen Martinus and Melissa (William) Riley. Dear grandfather of Noah Riley and Haleigh Martinus. Special uncle of Jason (Dawn) Street.

Ed was an avid outdoorsman & hunter. He was a longtime member of the Hiawatha Sportsman’s Club and participated in several shooting competitions. But the biggest love of Ed’s was his family, and they adored him just as much. Actually, Ed was adored and loved by everyone who met him. His kind soul and fabulous sense of humor will be greatly missed.  Ed’s family would like to thank the staff at  Meadows  Assisted Living for the exceptional care and compassion they gave to Ed.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September  24, 3 pm at Temrowski Family Funeral Home 500 Main Street, Fenton. Friends may visit beginning at 1pm. Contributions may be made to Owosso Memorial Hospice.
