Obituary
Carter Lewis Lahring, age 69, of Gaines MI, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023. He is survived by his children, Rachel and Jesse; stepchildren, Janice and Christopher; brothers, Alan (Lisa) and Leroy (Sue) and sister Gail. He was preceded in death by his wife Connie and his parents Donald and Martha Lahring.
Carter was born June 15, 1954 in Flint, Michigan. He was the second of four children of Donald and Martha Lahring. Carter graduated from Byron High School in 1972. He married Connie L. Repp on July 28, 1990. Carter and Connie were married for 18 years before her passing in 2008. Carter worked as a farmer, a teacher, and a nurse.
Visitation and funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 19th, 3:00pm at Temrowski Family Funeral Home, 500 Main St., Fenton, Friends may visit beginning at 1:00pm until the time of service.
